Our club was formed in 2015 following a very well attended and successful c25k course. From the 260 people that turned up for week 1 on a cold January morning over 140 people finished the course 9 weeks later and went on to become the core member's of Redditch STARS. Many of these runners have gone on to become LIRFs, coaching assistants and coaches themselves and are continuing with the work to help and guide people on their running journey.

We are always looking to improve what we offer, whether that be more sessions, more coaches or more nights out to celebrate our club and friendships formed.
